Certifications
ForeverLight™
No certifications are needed since the ForeverLight™ is a low voltage self contained system. However, we will be obtaining a full UL certification on the turbine and generator which will provide added safety recognition for our customers.
Wind Turbines
Full UL (Underwriters Labroratories) field certification of the entire Wind Turbine, Generator, and voltage control unit was obtained on January 26, 2010!
We have retained Met Labroratories, Inc. (CertifiGroup) to completee our UL (Underwriters Labratories), CSA, and IEC certifications. CertifiGroup is the first Nationally Recognized Testing Lab (NRTL) in the USA, and works with such groups as NASA. http://www.certifigroup.com/
All of our UL certifications for the USA market will be for the turbine and generator, which are beyond the regular UL-1741 (inverter only) certification of other wind turbine products. http://www.eere.energy.gov/de/ul_1741.html
Independent Testing
We are planning on conducting a number of independent thrid party testing programs which are anticipated to begin in the 1st & 2nd quarter of 2010 at nationally recognized testing facilities and universities. Watch the news events for further announcements.
