The 5 year limited warranty is from the manufacture FTC Energy, Inc. No other expressed or implied warranties are honored unless authorized by Windwise Management, LLC, or FTC Energy, Inc.

Return Policy.
It is our standard policy to accept return merchadise within 2 weeks of receipt of any Zwynd™ product. To be eligible for return, the merchadise must be returned to Windwise Mangement, LLC in full working condition.
Click here to obtain a RMA# (Return Material Authoriztion), and we will contact you with the proper address to ship the product to. Return shipping to us is at the customer's expense unless the return is a result of our shipping error at which point we will rectify the problem promptly without expense to the customer. Product returned to Windwise Management LLC without an RMA# will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer.
